Information we handle

Recruiters may provide account, company, job, meeting-link, and scheduling details. Candidates may provide application details, resumes, portfolio links, and interview responses.

• Account information such as name, email address, and company details.
• Job information, including role requirements, location, and skills.
• Candidate application data, including resumes, contact details, work history, skills, and portfolio links.
• Interview scheduling data, including selected slots, meeting format, and recruiter-provided meeting links.

How we use information

• To run the recruiting workflow requested by recruiters and candidates.
• To turn supplied role details into a job brief and organize resume information for review.
• To calculate job-fit summaries using the final candidate application and role requirements.
• To send application, interview, and account-related communications.
• To share recruiter-provided meeting links and coordinate interview times.

AI and your data

HireHoGaya may process job details and resumes with AI services to create job content, extract application details, and prepare fit summaries. We do not use recruiter, candidate, resume, or application data to train AI models.

Candidates can review and edit the details extracted from their resume before submitting an application. Their corrected submission is the version used for recruiter review.

Sharing and service providers

We use service providers to operate the product, such as secure hosting, authentication, email delivery, AI processing, and Cashfree for one-time payment processing. Cashfree receives the billing and transaction information needed to process a payment; HireHoGaya does not store card, UPI, or bank credentials. We may receive payment status and transaction references from Cashfree to provide the purchased plan and handle support. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. Recruiters remain responsible for the candidate information they collect and should provide candidates with any required notices.
